I ordered 4 items totaling about 700 Australian dollars. I made a mistake with one of the jeans I bought and selected the wrong size (it hasn't been shipped or processed yet).
Within an hour of making my order, I messaged customer service to hopefully amend the mistake, but they couldn't even do that. This is just strange when other companies can. Their solution was, 'make a new order', expecting me to order the same pair of jeans again even after spending quite a bit on them in the first place.
I plan to just get them tailored and hopefully fix the issue, but, damn, they can't even amend a simple sizing issue. Very concerning.
